In this online yoga course we will practice yoga as a way to get to know ourselves better. We will practice physical yoga poses with awareness, using our bodies as a way to get in touch with our inner experiences. Yoga is truly a journey of self-discovery as you learn more about yourself during each practice if you really listen to your body and heart. Keep an open mind and be kind to yourself as you practice. Most importantly, have fun! There is no judgment in yoga as we dive deeper into ourselves and share this journey of learning in community.
