DIY PE Middle School A: The 5 Components of Fitness

This physical education course allows you to explore your own fitness interests. Whether you play soccer or surf, dance or hike, skate or swim, this course offers you the chance to share your own personal fitness goals, no matter what sport you play or what kinds of activities you enjoy. You will learn about fitness basics such as the components of fitness, the importance of warming up, nutrition and other healthy habits, functional fitness and more, and then you will apply them to health and fitness in your own daily life.

*Recommended for any learner grades 6-8
