This physical education course allows you to explore your own fitness interests. Do you play soccer? Beach volleyball? Are you passionate about hiking? Maybe you are an equestrian or a figure skater or a gymnast? Then this PE class is for you! This course offers you the chance to share your own personal fitness goals, no matter what sport you play or what kinds of activities you enjoy. You will learn about fitness basics and healthy habits such as nutrition, the importance of being active and getting enough sleep, why water is important, and how to keep your bones and muscles healthy. Then, you will apply them to health and fitness in your own daily life.
