Tip of the Week: Focus and Relax With Music
Do you ever have trouble staying on task or falling asleep at night? Perhaps Brain.FM would be worth checking out. It is a music app designed to help you focus, relax, meditate, or sleep. The computer-generated music is based on scientific research and affects the brain in 15 min or less.
The stream of music can be adjusted to play in segments of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or until you choose to turn it off. Brain.FM recommends you listen for at least 15-30 minutes to notice results.
Many people swear they are more productive when they have the music playing (headphones/earphones are recommended), and productivity can be tracked with the app.
