Things to Do: Whale of a Weekend at Heal the Bay Aquarium

Heal the Bay Aquarium

In honor of the yearly 10,000-mile migration of Pacific gray whales to their birthing grounds in Baja, Heal the Bay Aquarium is sponsoring their annual Whale of a Weekend on February 15 and 16. There will be hands-on activities, and naturalists will be at the wildlife observation station to help people identify local birds and marine life.  

Event Schedule:

1:00-4:00 p.m. Wildlife Observation Station (Saturday and Sunday, west end of the pier)

2:00 p.m. Whale of a Tale Story Time (Saturday and Sunday)

3:30 p.m. Shark Feeding and Presentation (Sunday Only)
