Things to Do: Ice Skating in Santa Monica

A touch of winter arrives in Santa Monica every winter when an 8,000-square-foot ice skating rink is created downtown. Skating lessons are available, and there are also party options for special occasions.

Where: Downtown Santa Monica (Fifth and Arizona)

When: November 3 through January 21

Cost: $15 for an all-day pass and skates

Hours: M-TH the rink is open 2-10 p.m., Friday 2 p.m. to midnight, Saturday 10 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
