Freedoms and liberties; where did they come from and how are they protected?  It all started on a hot muggy day in Philadelphia in 1787. The questions to answer were, how can a government govern the people and protect liberties at the same time?  The founding fathers figured it out, with three branches of government. The Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of the U.S. government all work together to help democracy work at its best.  Dive into this course to find out how you fit into the famous phrase, “We the People!”
