Join young Jim Hawkins on the greatest sea adventure of all time in Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale, TREASURE ISLAND. As Jim travels the South Seas in search of a pirate’s treasure, we will also go on a journey. In this class: we’ll uncover story elements of plot, character and setting; we’ll discover a whole new vocabulary (and create a bit of our own); we’ll dig into the rich themes that have made TREASURE ISLAND a book to stand the test of time.
