Description
Learners continue to develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as they continue their language acquisition in Spanish. Emphasis is placed on forming their own sentences and speaking with greater ease.
To build listening and comprehension skills, students will listen to stories in Spanish. Learners will practice with Duolingo, which tests their listening, reading, writing and speaking skills. Learners will listen to authentic Spanish songs and analyze the vocabulary and grammar in the lyrics.
Learners will review and learn about various verb tenses and their application through watching instructional videos and taking notes.
Quizlet practices and tests allow learners to review material as much as they need to attain mastery.
Comprehension is shown through discussions, projects, assignments, and quizzes.
Continuous effort to use the target language is essential. Students should have successfully completed a course in Spanish 1 and 2 prior to beginning this course.
