Description
Semester A: If you enjoy playing video games and are curious about what a career in game design entails, this introductory class is for you. Topics covered include the history of video games, the different game genres and the respective game engines that bring those games to life. During this course, you will learn to create the separate elements that make up a game such as designing iconic characters like Sonic the Hedgehog, and, ultimately, get to create your very own video game.
Note on Content: Some of the content includes shooter games but we tried to minimize this. If you feel uncomfortable watching any content that has a shooter/shooting/someone being shot in it, please reach out to me so I may accommodate you.
