This 8-week course is designed to teach you about the 5 components of health-related fitness, thereby making you faster, stronger, more flexible, and generally more fit overall. We will use a combination of reading, video, and activities to achieve these goals.
You will not need any special equipment; everything is designed to be done with common items you have at home or will find in a park.
The most important idea is to get moving and have fun doing it!
