The 5 Ws (and an H): Who, What, When, Where and Why (and HOW), are the basics behind every story. On top of that, there has never been a more important time for learners to be able to understand and value the craft of ethical journalism. In this class, learners will study the basics of responsible journalism and learn to evaluate both sources and news stories. In that process, we will learn how to draw on information from the world around us, present an argument and craft a powerful narrative.
