iLEAD Online Team Member Spotlight: Pamela Van Velsir

I am a native Californian and live in San Diego. I have three adult children, seven grandchildren, and two labrador retrievers. My daughter and one of my granddaughters are teachers. I have worked in education for 30 years. I have a BA in Liberal Studies, a MA in Curriculum and Instruction, and an English Authorization. During my career, I have worked in the classroom as a teacher, as well as in the school office as a Curriculum Resource Teacher, AVID Coordinator, ELL Coordinator, and GATE Coordinator. I currently work with iLEAD Online supporting coaches in creating Passion Projects and intervention strategies. I also help monitor attendance/truancies. I very much enjoy working for the online program because it can be individualized to meet the needs of all learners. Multiple Subject Credential, English single subject authorization.
