iLEAD Online Team Member Spotlight: Kristin Gunderson

I love math, and I especially love helping kids develop a love for the subject. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I taught 6th grade (multiple subjects) for six years and then middle school math for ten years. In college, I ran on the cross country and track teams. I have a masters’s degree in education with an emphasis in middle school math.

Distance running continues to be a huge passion of mine, and I am a huge Dodgers fan. When I started my family, my husband and I decided it would be best for me to stay home and raise our daughter. I have been tutoring since then, which I love, but I am very excited to get even more involved in education again!
