iLEAD Online Team Member Spotlight: Christine Hahn

Hello! My name is Christine Hahn and I am excited to be an Academic Coach and Science Facilitator here at ILEAD! I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and a master’s degree in education from Harvard University, with an emphasis in Teaching and Curriculum. I am credentialed in high school biology and have been teaching in urban, public schools — including an alternative school and a military school — for 15 years.
Before coming to iLEAD, one of my favorite courses was teaching biology from a medical and healthcare perspective — i.e., learning about homeostasis by performing labs on blood sugar balance and diabetes. I look forward to creating and teaching similarly engaging, real-world, project-based science courses at iLEAD.
As an Academic Coach, I look forward to supporting learners — being their cheerleader and tiger mom when necessary. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two teen daughters (if they want to hang out with us), serving at our church, and perhaps catching a good Korean drama.
