iLEAD Online Learners Dive into Marine Biology at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium
Last Wednesday, iLEAD Online learners in grades 6-12 met up to attend the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium’s Sea Search Marine Biology workshop. Led by Ms. Hahn and Ms. Stirling, the learners enjoyed the hands-on opportunity to engage with various marine creatures in a classroom setting before venturing out to observe them in their natural habitat at the tide pools.
The “Life on the Rocky Shore” workshop proved to be a memorable experience for everyone involved. Connecting with learners in person and witnessing their excitement as they encountered amazing marine life firsthand was truly rewarding. Coupled with the beautiful weather, the trip to Cabrillo Marine Aquarium was a resounding success, fostering a deeper appreciation for the wonders of the ocean and its inhabitants.
