iLEAD Online is a free public TK-12 school serving residents in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Kern County. With a focus on the whole learner, iLEAD Online emphasizes both academic and social-emotional growth within a fully accredited and flexible online environment.

iLEAD Online offers individualized learning plans and project-based learning, allowing students to customize their educational journey. This includes flexibility in pacing, coursework choices, and learning styles.

iLEAD Online offers a full catalog of courses, including core subjects, electives, Advanced Placement courses, and career and technical education pathways. The curriculum is developed by iLEAD Online teachers and aligned with California State standards.

Hands-On Learning

While online, iLEAD Online encourages hands-on learning through projects and activities. TK-3rd grade learners receive “Adventure Boxes” with materials for hands-on learning delivered to their homes.

iLEAD Online fosters a sense of community through live instruction, virtual festivals, school-wide meetups, and field studies. Parents are also welcomed as educational partners and encouraged to participate through iSupport and grade level parent ambassador programs.
