Course Facilitator Spotlight: Natalie Teichmann

French, Yoga

Bonjour! I am excited to be teaching French and yoga online. I graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in French. I  am pursuing my master’s of education with a concentration in mindfulness at Antioch University New England. I have lived and taught in France, Spain, Venezuela, Texas, Australia, and currently Los Angeles.

I love traveling and immersing myself in different cultures and lifestyles. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Australia and am currently finishing up my second year of the Yoga Therapy RX program at Loyola Marymount University. I am the head of the physical education and French department at iLEAD NoHo and am thrilled to incorporate my passions into my daily lessons.
