Message from the Director

Dear Families,

We are going into Week 5. We hope you are enjoying your courses and getting to know your facilitators and peers. We are planning some upcoming in-person field trips for our full-time learners and virtual video hangouts for our middle school learners. Academics are important, but some lessons in school are learned through fun and peer to peer interaction. We encourage each of you to take advantage of these opportunities. Please remember:

  • Please reach out if you feel stuck, frustrated, or lost. We are here to help you. Emailing online.classes@ileadschools.org is an easy and fast way to get support.
  • We offer live academic tutoring via chat/video. All learners are put in a live tutor course in PowerSchool. We encourage everyone to get familiar with the tutor page, reach out to our tutor, and set up appointments for tutoring. From everything to navigating PowerSchool, using Google Docs, to help with classes, this is a great option for extra support for all grade levels.
  • The end of Quarter 1 is Friday, October 12th. Please make sure to have all of your course assignments, discussions, and work in no later than this day. If you have not registered for a Q2 course yet, please do so ASAP, so you can begin promptly on Monday, October 15th.

With gratitude,
The iLEAD Online team
