Instructor: Shannon Ehrhardt

Hello! I’m Shannon Ehrhardt, and this is my seventh year as an educator. I earned my degree in Liberal Studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I also completed my teaching credential. Soon after, I moved to San Diego to begin my teaching career with Del Mar Union School District, a path that has led me to iLEAD Online. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of working with students across a variety of grade levels. At iLEAD Online, I’m so thankful I get to spend my days helping learners discover their strengths, explore their potential, and grow into confident, compassionate problem solvers who are ready to take on the real world. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me with my husband and our sweet baby boy. We love spending time outside—whether it’s playing at the beach, soaking up the sunshine, or going for walks. When I have a spare moment, I’m often dabbling in one of my many creative hobbies. I look forward to a wonderful year ahead!
