Instructor: Mark Toma

Hello! My name is Mark Toma, and I'm excited to be joining iLead Online as the new Academic Counselor. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University and went on to receive my master’s degree in School Counseling, along with my Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential, from the University of San Diego. I’m passionate about supporting students as they explore their goals, discover their passions, and navigate their academic journey. My goal is to be a trusted resource and someone students feel comfortable talking to, whether they need help planning their future or just someone to listen. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball and watching movies from all decades (yes, even the black-and-white classics!). I’m looking forward to building strong connections with students and families and being part of such a supportive and innovative community.
