Instructor: Katherine Witzmann

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in English, along with my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Diego Christian College. My journey in education began with experiences in various grade-level classrooms, which fueled my passion for teaching. Currently, I’m in my fifth year of teaching, serving as a 7th and 8th grade science facilitator and academic coach. My focus is on sparking students’ interest in their learning journey. I’m particularly passionate about science facilitation and enjoy making it engaging through experiments, simulations, and projects. I firmly believe in every learner’s potential and aim to provide a supportive learning environment for all. Being part of this dynamic learning community has been a fulfilling experience.
