Instructor: Ayby Noyola
My name is Ayby L Noyola, and I am the Office Assistant for iLEAD Online. I have been part of the iLEAD community for 11 years. I started in 2015 with my three children at iLEAD AV. Soon after, I transferred them to iLEAD Lancaster, and now two of them are high school graduates, with my youngest in 11th grade. In 2019, I started working at iLEAD Lancaster. It’s been a great journey, dedicating my time to my family and my work family—good moments and not-so-good moments. But I’ve always loved my job, knowing that my kids were with me and also knowing that I was there to help parents, learners, and all my co-workers. I always try to be the light in the dark. During those moments we go through as human beings, especially with little kids who just need a hug and someone to tell them that they are beautiful and handsome, I try to take positive actions and offer words of encouragement to the iLEAD family in difficult times. I have a wonderful family, and my husband and I have been together since 2003. I have four children—two boys and two girls. Currently, there are three young adults and my youngest, who is 16. We also have three dogs: two German Shepherds, a Maltipoo, and a cat. I am a crafty person. I enjoy doing nails, and I have my license as a nail artist. I don't practice doing nails publicly; I only do it for fun when I have time. I enjoy crocheting and especially like working with amigurumi. I also like making handmade jewelry, such as wire wrapping and bead weaving. I enjoy creating with my Cricut and using resin. Oh my goodness, I could go on and on; I just love doing things. However, before all of that, I love attending church on Sundays. I spend the entire day at church; it's my favorite day of the week. It can be overwhelming, but I could do that every day, all day. I am Hispanic, born in El Salvador. I speak English and Spanish. In June 2025, I transferred to iLEAD Online, and it has truly been a blessing. I sincerely believe that God places us in certain situations and places for a purpose, even if we don't always understand the reasons at first. It has been a bit challenging for me, especially because before I used to see 500 to 650 faces each day, but now I only get to see my husband's and my two kiddos. I'm relearning things I already know, but they’re done differently now. It’s been a journey of adjusting and learning new ways, but I truly appreciate the growth this experience has brought me. I’m always ready to learn and up for the challenge.
