Educator Spotlight: Brooklyn Gross
Brooklyn Gross’s love for mathematics began when she was a child. She earned a degree in applied mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She began her teaching career at UCLA.
Brooklyn likes finding new ways to introduce mathematical concepts while tying in critical thinking, applications, and problem-solving. She believes learners understand mathematics best when they learn visually and can apply what they learn to concrete, real-world scenarios.
Brooklyn’s husband is a pilot in the Marine Corp, so she has moved several times and has taught outside of California in the states of Texas and Florida. We are fortunate that iLEAD Online can offer her the flexibility to teach from anywhere life takes her!
