This class dives into the hardships that travelers faced on the cross-country journey along The Oregon Trail. There’s so much more history that needs to be told as we follow their path from the East to the West! Native Americans lived on that land. While playing Oregon Trail, you will encounter some tribes for trading goods, as you learn about their history. In this course, we will gain a better understanding of Native American history during the time when settlers were making their way from the East to the West in the United States, while also learning the importance of budgeting and rationing for the dangerous cross-country journey!
