This intro course in journalism is designed to equip you with basic journalism skills you will need to thrive in this competitive industry. Some of the topics covered include fundamentals of journalistic writing, Associated Press style, and professional interview techniques. In addition, you will study newspaper style, the ethics, law and history of journalism and then apply them in hands-on practice scenarios – reporting, interviewing, writing and editing.
