Digital Citizenship Week Day 1-Keep it Private

Online Privacy

Essential Question: What kinds of information should you keep to yourself when you use the Internet?

The internet has a world of possibilities. But it is important to keep your information safe and private. There are some things a learner should never share online without parent permission, even if a website asks for it.  It’s also important to create usernames and passwords in a way that is safe and effective.

Activity: Brainstorm 5 ways you work every day to keep your information private on the internet. Use real examples from your life. You can send your answers to allison.bravo@ileadonline.org if you want!
