The Honors Pre-calculus course completes a thorough study of the various functions begun in Algebra I and Algebra II. Functions such as quadratics, rationals, step, radicals, absolute value, exponential and logs will be studied in detail. Students focus on modeling, problem-solving, data analysis, trigonometric and circular functions and their inverses, polar coordinates, complex numbers, conics, and quadratic relations.
