Physical fitness is an important component of everyday life. Physical education, however, is more than just exercise.
PE 2 A will take you on a journey to help you better understand the components of physical fitness, the principles and benefits of exercise, how to effectively build strength and endurance, and how to achieve positive results, not just with your personal fitness goals, but throughout your life.
PE 2 B will take you on a journey to help you better understand the qualities of good sportsmanship, the effects of coaching and leadership in sports, the impact of nutrition, and the social and cultural influences in sports. We will develop solid nutrition plans to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle, and use your personal talents and ambitions to make physical activity a part of your daily routine. Bring a good attitude, be ready to participate, and get excited to advance your skills and/or try something new!
