This class is designed to offer each learner both a body of knowledge that supports being a capable citizen in today’s world and also an opportunity to create connections between knowledge and thinking outside the box. Project based learning encourages each learner to stretch past a comfort zone to extend creativity and methodology into personal choices of presentations and projects while utilizing content knowledge gained in the class.
The course enables pupils to gain better understanding of how and why the United States economic system works, how they can help it to serve them better.
Students will engage in project-based learning to master the economic concepts necessary for successful course completion. A great degree of critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication is needed.
