Type of School | LEAD Online Charter School is a virtual independent study school that is a tuition free public charter school. There are 2 track options: Track C begins July 1 and is best for learners looking for a summer enrollment start date. Track A is the traditional school year track which begins in late August | iLEAD EXPLORATION is a tuition free independent study charter school where each family is assigned a credentialed teacher who assigns and creates a customized, individualized learning plan in conjunction with the student and family based on grade level standards and the learner’s passions. Exploration offers one traditional school year track which begins late August. |

Who is the teacher? | iLEAD Online Charter School provides credentialed course teachers | Daily instruction is provided by the parent with oversight from the credentialed teacher. |
What support is provided? | iLEAD Online provides a 1:1 Academic Coach: a state certified, credentialed teacher to develop a personalized learning plan customized to each learner, and individually support each learner in their courses. In addition, iLEAD Online provides individual course facilitators (instructors) for each online class. | Exploration provides an Educational Facilitator (EF) to help your learner stay on track and create an individualized learning plan. |
Curriculum | All iLEAD Online courses are created, written, developed, and managed by our own highly qualified, credentialed facilitators. Curriculum can be customized upon request. All learners have an opportunity to join in on a weekly live advisory course, live class lessons, virtual community building opportunities, live tutoring help, science and math labs. | iLEAD Exploration currently offers $2,800 in instructional funding for grades TK-8, and $3,000 for high school. Instructional funds are used to support and enhance each learner’s individualized learning plans. |
