Description

This physical education course allows you to explore your own fitness interests. Do you play soccer? Beach volleyball? Are you passionate about hiking? Maybe you are a surfer or an equestrian or a figure skater or a gymnast? Then this PE class is for you! This course offers you the chance to share your own personal fitness goals, no matter what sport you play or what kinds of activities you enjoy. As you you train and practice, you will share with your classmates your successes and challenges, and we will all support each other in achieving our goals.

The class is great for any active learner who wants to track fitness goals and is perfect for serious student athletes.
