iLEAD Online Learner Shares Mental Health Tips During Stress Awareness Month

April is Stress Awareness Month, and with testing week and the school year ending, now is the perfect time to focus on our mental wellness. iLEAD Online National Honor Society learner Isabella B created this graphic to help us find our calm:
- Tip #1: Move your body around! Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
- Tip #2: Sleep for at least 8-10 hours. Try sleeping in a cool room with some calm noises on.
- Tip #3: Laugh more! This allows the body to releae feel-good chemicals. Read some jokes or watch something funny.
- Tip #4: Start journaling! This allows your mind to have an outlet and calms your mind.
Try these tips to prioritize your peace this week!
